Our Mission

On a mission to build Atlantic City into a financial services as a force for good hub attracting Generation XYZ&B to 48 blocks of opportunity on the Atlantic Ocean offering affordable coastal living, global cuisine, cultural/economic diversity as well as a burgeoning arts and music scene. We envision Atlantic City as a destination for FinServ summits, meet ups and festivals while serving as an inclusive gathering place of forward-looking financial services firms interested in creating a coastal community of the next generation of industry changemakers, thought leaders & pioneers.

Louis Hanna

Founder & Managing Member

Throughout his personal and professional life, Louis Hanna, our Founder & Managing Member has been a conduit for capital (human & financial), competitive intelligence, differentiated deal flow, strategic relationships and talent acquisition. Those who truly know Louis describe him as “having a NY state of mind, Philly soul, and Atlantic City/Camden grit”. Louis has approximately 25 years of broad-based executive-level experience across virtually all facets of the financial services industry – wealth management, family office, traditional investments, alternative investments including real estate & hedge funds, capital raising, investment vehicle creation/structuring and NeoWealth. A lawyer by training, he is a first-generation high school, college & law school graduate. Quoted in The Family Office Book: Investing Capital for the Ultra Affluent, AdvisorHub, ThinkAdvisor, On Wall Street, Registered Rep, Real Estate Alert, and HedgeFund Alert. Louis has and continues to mentor the next generation of financial services industry professionals by functioning as a thought leader in the NeoWealth movement which is at the intersection of tech-enabled social impact investing, purpose-driven wealth management, community development, economic empowerment, and philanthropy. He has mentored and positively affected the career trajectories of many next-generation financial professionals in the wealth management, asset management, alternative investment, and non-profit sectors. His impact-focused and non-profit activities exemplify three tenets – providing a hand up rather than a hand out, do your bit, and there is sanctity in the struggle & glory in the grit. With these tenets in mind he has founded Conduit Community Capital and Nine Square Ventures while serving as Secretary of the St Joseph Carpenter’s Society Board of Trustees.
